Property street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
Property condition, selling timeline, and reason for selling.
Your optional call and text consent choices, the consent wording, submission time, and source page.
Other information you choose to provide during communications or a potential transaction.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account information, passwords, or other sensitive information through our inquiry form.

Our hosting and technology providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information, and request times, to operate and protect their services.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate properties and potential purchases, discuss offers, arrange appointments, facilitate property transactions, maintain business and consent records, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not require you to sell your property or accept an offer.

Sharing Information for Property Transactions

We may share relevant property, contact, and transaction information with prospective cash buyers, real estate investors, title companies, closing professionals, and legal advisers as reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete a potential property transaction.

We may assign our purchase contract with you to a cash buyer for a fee. We do not sell homeowner leads as a separate product.

Permission to receive automated calls or texts from Kristina Buys Houses does not provide permission for other buyers or investors to send their own automated marketing calls or texts.

We do not sell or share text-message opt-in information or consent records with third parties for their own marketing. Providers assisting us with communications may process this information on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, address fraud, or respond to lawful requests.

Service Providers

We use service providers to operate our website and handle inquiries, including:

Namecheap/EasyWP: Website hosting and related infrastructure.
Geoapify: Address suggestions. Text entered into the property-address field is sent to Geoapify as you type, before you submit the form. Geoapify also receives technical information associated with those requests.
Brevo: Delivery of website notification emails containing inquiry information.
Google/Gmail: Receipt and storage of inquiry notification emails.

These providers process information under their applicable service terms and privacy policies.

Calls, Text Messages, and Email

We use the contact information you provide to respond to your property inquiry.

Our form includes separate, optional checkboxes for automated calls and text messages. If you select a checkbox, we record your choice and the associated consent wording. You may submit the form and request an offer without selecting either checkbox.

Where you provide the applicable consent and the service is enabled, communications may include automated calls, calls using an artificial, prerecorded, or AI-generated voice, or automated text messages about your property, potential offers, and appointments.

Automated calling and texting services are not currently enabled. Selecting a checkbox records your preference; it does not activate a service.

For text messaging, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Once messaging is enabled, reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may also withdraw call or text consent by calling (240) 435-2764. To stop marketing emails, reply to the email requesting that we stop.

This privacy policy does not itself constitute consent to receive automated calls or texts.

Cookies and Website Technologies

WordPress and our service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for website functionality, administration, and security. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect some features.

Meta Pixel and advertising conversion tracking have not been enabled as part of our current website setup. Before introducing additional tracking, we will update our disclosures and provide choices where required.
